Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston's latest Netflix comedy is a flat excuse for fun. The film boasts a rather impressive cast, including Luke Evans and Terence Stamp. Despite these big names, the talents of these actors are not put to good use. Their characters fall into place as family members of the Quince and Cavendish family, a group of billionaires who are out for each other in the hope of inheriting the father's fortune. The haphazard involvement of the Spitz couple coincides with the suspicious murder of father Quince which, in turn, sparks a series of absurd plot twists and a mission to find the person responsible for the crime. Sandler is particularly dull and out of action as he fails to deliver many laughs nor convincing chemistry with his co-star. The duo bimbles their way through the drama with little excitement which only leads to an equally uninspired conclusion.
